I tried to add as much as coolest web2.0 sites which are yet to be popular.  Leave the site you come across on the comment section. I will try to add it asap.

http://rememberthemilk.com – Online to-do reminder service. They remind you to pay your bills even via sms and IM’s.

Bookmarking
http://clipmarks.com – Install their toolbar and start clipping and save it. You can even clip from multiple pages. And they gives you a cool slider to select any section neatly.

http://protopage.com – start your web with style.

http://start.com – My personal favorite UI of the year 2005. Amazing ajax. Best feature for me is the ability to pin up the search results into the mainpage. Go figure out yourself.
Picture management / photo sharing
http://zoto.com – create Custom photo galleries, then Blog your photos quickly. It also allows Secure storage and sharing of your images.

Search
http://www.kosmix.com – Vertical serach engine with a difference. Now serving health, travel and politics search. Excellent search engine.
